A patient record is in the form of a Timeline, fed by the user’s interactions with it by creating posts or adding health data. A provider who works in our infrastructure through our working tools can add information, prescriptions, products and any type of file to the timeline (yes DICOM). In the same post, the provider can tag another provider such as a hospital, an insurance company or a colleague to cooperate with the case or do the post-consultation paperwork
