We want to help to establish cryptocurrencies as a true alternative for trading, investments and payments. For that we want to build exchange & educational services that offer the following features:

Accessibility and usability

Imagine a process/gui that makes it so simple to buy and sell Bitcoins & Altcoins that even your mom or dad would know how to do it after just 5 minutes. No more getting lost in cryptic trade order view windows and wallet integrations that give you more headaches than help you. Buying and selling Cryptos will become as easy as withdrawing money from an ATM.

We will deploy a customer support/coaching system that is unseen in the crypto industry. Clients will be able to request platform & function walkthroughs by a method of their choice: Human interaction (the customer support Agent training the clients directly), automated guidance systems (f.e. training, coaching system), simple video & webinar tutorials and premium 1 on 1 mentoring. Customer support disasters with nobody attending to clients in need for days, weeks and months as we currently see in the industry will not happen by more careful resource planning and setting up scalable processes.

All software & features will be made available by desktop browser and mobile App.
