WHAT ARE BM TOKENS
BMT is a token to be launched via the Waves platform. Brick & Mortar Tokens aim to create a stable and growth oriented token by backing tokens with valuable, high yielding Real Estate Assets. Profit from these assets will be reinvested in both token buy-backs and portfolio expansion.

Unlike tokens with questionable fundamentals and uncertain futures, BM Tokens are backed by valuable, physical Real Estate assets. BMT is designed to be a token users feel confident about; knowing that it will steadily appreciate in value as profits of the real estate portfolio are invested back into BMT through the repurchasing of tokens. Token holders also receive additional tokens as reward for holding, equivalent to 40% of the total tokens repurchased.

WHY CHOOSE BM TOKENS
By purchasing high yielding Real Estate assets using the money crowdfunded through the BM Token Initial Offering, a steady stream of revenue will be available to both expand the real estate portfolio, as well as buy back tokens. Tokens are purchased at random intervals throughout the month at the current market price. This ensures the token does not experience temporary high volatility caused by sudden large investments. 50% of tokens repurchased are destroyed – permanently removing the tokens from circulation – while the other 50% will be redistributed, with 40% going to token holders via air-drops, and the other 10% entering a company reserve (escrow) which will be sold in the future to further expand the real estate portfolio.

WHERE TO BUY BM TOKENS
The BM Tokens ICO is set to take place in early 2018. The ICO will have a max offering of 5B tokens, with a strike price of 0.01 USD (A total of 50M USD). Early investors will receive a bonus anywhere from 5% to 25% of tokens on their total investment, depending on their capital contribution. The ICO of BM Tokens will be used to fund the purchase, and/or development of BM Token’s investment portfolio.
